Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical processes during the pre-construction phase.
- Develop and implement technical strategies and deliverables plans.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks on projects.
- Ensure designs meet regulatory and technical standards (e.g., CDM, Building Safety Act).
- Coordinate and communicate design requirements with all stakeholders.
- Manage consultant deliverables to align with project goals and budgets.
- Support sustainability objectives, including Net Zero targets.
- Oversee the use of digital tools and technologies to enhance project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership to your team, fostering growth and development.

The Person
We're looking for someone who has:
- A BEng or MEng/MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Professional registration (or working towards) with CIBSE, IET, or IMechE.
- At least 8 years of experience in a design-related engineering role.
- Sector experience in healthcare, commercial, leisure, or similar.
- A track record of managing projects with MEP values of £5-50M.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of digital tools and sustainability practices.
