Responsibilities:
Processing payment transactions
Account reconciliation on a daily basis
Dealing with queries and problem accounts
Reporting on company profits
Building client relationships
Managing the payments inbox
Opening and closing of client accounts
Providing payment confirmations
General administration duties
Ideal candidate:
Previous experiencewithin an finance related position
Good working knowledge of Excel
Strong communication skills at all levels
Organised and able to deal with enquiries and queries
Team player
