We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join my client's team in Nottingham. As a Planned Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement planned maintenance strategies to optimise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of production machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
- Monitor and analyse equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation.
- Use CMMS software efficiently
Qualifications and Experience:
- Apprenticeship within an Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
