We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join my client's team in Nottingham. As a Planned Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement planned maintenance strategies to optimise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of production machinery.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
  • Monitor and analyse equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation.
  • Use CMMS software efficiently

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Apprenticeship within an Engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
