Job Responsibilities:

  • Report Processing: Accurately process and review a variety of reports to ensure data consistency and clarity.
  • Documentation Management: Gather and verify all relevant documentation from off-site engineers, ensuring timely and complete submissions.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure all documentation is compliant with internal standards and correctly logged within the CRM system.
  • Follow-Up on Missing Documentation: Proactively chase and resolve any gaps in documentation, ensuring full compliance.
  • Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with external suppliers to secure necessary documentation, resolve queries, and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and distribute detailed sales reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
  • System Data Management: Upload and categorise relevant documents within the system, ensuring they are associated with the correct job files for easy reference.
  • Documentation Accuracy: Maintain and regularly update accurate and organised records, ensuring information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including supporting team members with various ad hoc tasks as required, ensuring smooth operational workflows.
