Reed Financial Services are seeking a Senior Financial Services Administrator to join a highly motivated team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial services administration, looking to maintain the highest ethical and professional standards while supporting Financial Planners.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide advanced business support for Financial Planners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, including the Consumer Duty.
  • Compile basic suitability reports from structured templates, such as fund switches and client review letters.
  • Prepare research, agendas, and paperwork for client review meetings.
  • Act as a liaison point for clients and providers, maintaining and updating client information within Iress Xplan and AWS Morningstar.
  • Pursue personal development to enhance skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Organised and able to work independently, using initiative.
  • Numerate with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to empathise and build strong business relationships.
  • Proactive, with the ability to multi-task and search out solutions.
  • Competent in report writing, using tools like Morningstar and other industry analysis tools.
  • Proficient in back-office systems, preferably Iress Xplan, and MS Office, including Excel.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in an administrative role within Financial Services.

  • Professional and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and efficiency.
  • Responsible and courteous manner, with discretion in handling confidential information.
