We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator to join our friendly team in Nottingham. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone who is looking for work on Fridays and Saturdays, with a passion for customer service and a strong administrative background.
full time equivalent salary, two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling enquiries from potential tenants and landlords
- Managing property listings and updating databases
- Assisting with tenancy agreements and other relevant paperwork
- Organising and coordinating property viewings
- Providing administrative support to the lettings team
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Assisting with the smooth running of the office and office systems
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the lettings or property industry
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (training can be provided)
- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
