Looking to recruit a Maintenance Administrator based in Nottingham to join a leading Maintenance Contractor undertaking decent homes projects on a permanent basis

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the commercial team with administrative tasks
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and contract documentation
  • Tracking budgets, costs, and variations
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Assisting with compliance and document control

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong administration experience, ideally within construction or social housing
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
