Administrator
Looking to recruit a Maintenance Administrator based in Nottingham to join a leading Maintenance Contractor undertaking decent homes projects on a permanent basis
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the commercial team with administrative tasks
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and contract documentation
- Tracking budgets, costs, and variations
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Assisting with compliance and document control
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong administration experience, ideally within construction or social housing
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in using financial or housing software (COINS is desirable)
