Our client is seeking a Project Administrator to join their growing team, supporting key projects across the UK from their head office in Annesley, Nottingham

About the Role:

You’ll play a vital role in coordinating and managing construction projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is eager to develop within project coordination, with the potential to progress into a Project Coordinator or Project Manager role.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Highly Organised: Able to manage multiple tasks with efficiency
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation and scheduling
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and clients
  • Geographical Awareness: A good understanding of UK locations to assist with project planning
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using project management software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Team Player: Able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment

Within this position, you’ll also be:
