This well esablished client is looking for a Property Administrator in Nottingham.

The Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Client Onboarding: Managing the onboarding process for new clients, including welcome calls, preparing sales particulars/typing details, and handling compliance checks related to ID and money laundering.
  • Client Management: Acting as the primary contact for clients from the moment they agree to proceed until their property is listed and transitioned to the sales team.
  • Administrative Duties: Scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Support: Aiding the sales team with various tasks as needed.
  • Property Listings: Ensuring properties are published live on the market efficiently and accurately.
  • Auditing: Conducting audits of sales clients and managing key logs.
  • Sales Documentation: Issuing sales memorandums and handling related paperwork.
  • Key Management: Overseeing the auditing and organisation of property keys.

Person Specification:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:45 am - 5:30 pm - with a 30 minutes lunch break.
  • Saturdays: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (1 in every 4 Saturdays as part of the admin team rotation).
