Key Responsibilities

As a Residential Admin Assistant, you will support the team in managing various administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of residential services. Your key duties will include:

  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks related to residential operations, including managing resident inquiries and ensuring prompt communication.
  • Handling resident onboarding processes, from initial inquiries to finalising move-in procedures.
  • Coordinating with maintenance and service teams to schedule repairs, inspections, and other services, ensuring all requests are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases, including resident information, maintenance schedules, and service requests.
  • Preparing and distributing resident communications, such as notices, newsletters, and important updates.
  • Processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions related to residential services.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations in all administrative processes.
  • Supporting the team in organising events, meetings, and other resident-related functions.
Key Skills and Experience Required
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role within a residential or office setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong client care skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with residents and team members.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database or property management systems is a plus.
