SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary Hybrid Executive Assistant/Project Administrator to be based with one of our clients in Nottingham City Centre, this will be on going for the next 3 - 6 months.

It is essential you have a strong Executive Assistant/Administration background and that can come in and hit the ground running for our client.

You will work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. Working Hours: 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM (Flexible working available)

Main duties will include:

- Translate meeting discussions into relevant content that can be understood by all and follows RAID principles.
- Have a good understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to keep to the set timelines, and chase stakeholders when needed.
- Co-ordinate, minute, and potentially chair large project meetings.
- Review and drive process improvements, helping to implement new processes to improve efficiencies within the function.
- Support the management and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are on track.
- Assist with research, data collection, and report generation as required for various projects.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all necessary materials are prepared for meetings (agendas, documents, etc.).

Salary: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour
