One of our fantastic clients is on the looking out for an experienced Tender Coordinator on a full time permanent basis to work in Nottingham.

Are you a proactive individual with strong administration and organisational skills? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional client service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

You'll take ownership of managing allocated client accounts and service levels, ensuring that client expectations are exceeded. You'll have the ability to analyse and interpret complex data and you'll be responsible for submitting regular MI reports and reports to assess service levels/KPIs, collating this information to ensure client account plans are maintained.

This is a client facing role, so you'll enjoy dealing with queries and will have the confidence to use your initiative to provide exceptional service.The ideal candidate will have:

  • exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to make quick decisions
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Team player with a positive can-do attitude
  • Willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges

This role will be based in the Nottingham office and this client offers flexibility to work from home, too. Their expectation is that, on average, you'll work from home for no more than three days per week, with the remainder of your time either spent with your colleagues in the office or working from other locations as work demands dictate.
