Engineering Manager
OTE: £60,000 +
Location: Nottingham
A globally renowned manufacturer of products which is used in a wide variety of industries currently have an opening for a Engineering Manager within their highly automated state-of-the-art facility in Nottingham. The company pride themselves on providing bespoke, in-house training to all of their staff, whilst also heavily investing in external training and courses which is why the business is spoken about as one of the best places to work in the area. They supply to a number of blue chip organisations in the UK and abroad and are extremely proud of their products being some of the best sellers globally.
As the Engineering Manager, you will be liaising with the Planning, Production and Quality departments during line handovers, as well as focussing on maximising production output through effective rectification of machine faults, preventative maintenance work and continuous improvement activities
For this role, you will need previous experience as an Engineering Manager within a highly automated factory environment.

Skills required for the Engineering Manager:
- Previous Engineering Manager experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Continuous Improvement (LEAN, Kaizen, Six Sigma etc)
