Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering / Engineering Supervisor role
- Responsible for the management of multiple engineering departments, such as technical, procurement, facilities, and production.
- Ensure the smooth running of multiple complex machines and their mass production of Hydraulics, Motors, Actuators, cylinders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and the maintenance of Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality.
- Ensure that budgets are met, including the preparation of annual operational and capital expenditure budgets.
- Act as the strategic manager for multiple engineering disciplines.
- Oversee and coordinate the employee development, ensuring adequate training is provided for all.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering / Engineering Supervisorrequirements
- Experience as an Engineer manager, head of engineering, engineering lead, engineering director, technical manager, engineering supervisor, technical director, branch manager, general manager, or similar head of engineering role.
- Will ideally have experience in Engineering management.
- Must have experience operating in a production / manufacturing environment that includes multiple machines producing multiple products.
- The successful candidate will ideally have knowledge of complex machinery / systems such Hydraulic, Actuators, cylinders, motors or similar complex engineering machinery / systems.
- Specific knowledge of industrial Hydraulics is advantageous.
- A technical engineering degree is advantageous.
- Willingness to commute.
