We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to assist with surveys on social housing projects in Nottingham, with a specific focus on roofing assessments. This is a contract position starting immediately and running until March, offering a competitive pay rate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting detailed surveys on social housing properties, with an emphasis on roofing inspections and assessments.
- Support the Site Manager in managing daily operations and site activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations on site.
- Liaise with contractors, clients, and the project team to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Record and report findings accurately, providing updates as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in roofing and understanding of roofing surveys, particularly in the social housing sector.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations on site.
- Immediate availability and commitment to working until March.
