Vacancy: Operations Manager
Location: Nottingham
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

As the Operations Manager you'll be working within the Nottingham Construction team, supporting them in the construction of building projects across the region.
Duties:
- Lead in all aspects of Health & Safety
- Manage the execution of contracts under the main contract conditions
- Line management for all of the Operations Team
- Promote and ensure an inclusive work environment
Requirements:
- Strong Tier 1 / 2 contractor experience as the Operations Manager / Director
- Excellent management and communication skills
- Confident leader
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Strong commitment to health & safety
- The ability to communicate well with all levels of staff and clients
