Operations Manager - Hybrid (3 days in office) - NottinghamSalary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year + Bonus Scheme

About the Role

As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in streamlining processes, managing cross-functional projects, and delivering operational improvements. You will work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure seamless execution of initiatives that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Take ownership of small to medium-sized operational projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance business operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness across functions.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve challenges to keep projects and operations on track.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with senior management, business units, and external partners to align operational strategies and execute initiatives successfully.
• Results-Driven Delivery: Focus on achieving tangible outcomes, with a hands-on approach to ensure success.
• Task Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day execution of tasks within projects, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to improve operational processes and share best practices across the organisation.

About You

Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in an operational management role, preferably in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
• Strong track record of driving operational improvements and delivering results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while effectively balancing priorities.
• Practical understanding of project and process management tools, focusing on outcomes over rigid methodologies.
