BCS Connect are looking for an experience site manager with Water treatment background.
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Site Manager based in Nottingham, with a focus on water treatment projects. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing construction tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Specific to water treatment, the role will involve overseeing the installation and maintenance of water treatment systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and coordinating with specialized subcontractors. Additionally, the Site Manager will update stakeholders on project progress, manage timelines, control budgets, and uphold quality standards.
Key Qualifications
- Expertise in planning, construction management, and site supervision, particularly in water treatment
- Proven ability to manage construction activities while ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Familiarity with water treatment processes, systems installation, and maintenance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, particularly in water treatment projects
- Solid knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control for water treatment systems
- Understanding of health, safety, environmental, and industry-specific water treatment regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure
- SMSTS certification is required
