Site Manager – Refurbishment (Permanent)
Nottingham based regional contractor
£40,000 - £45,000 Plus car allowance
TSR Recruitment are currently looking to source a site manager to be based in Nottingham for a vacancy with an established and respected social housing contractor. Due to an increased work load, the addition of a site manager is required to the successful delivery team based and operating across Nottingham.
This role will involve working in occupied properties, so will require an excellent level of communication and relationship building.
The Role
- Planned maintenance and refurbishment within social housing
- Programme management
- Health & Safety monitoring and enforcement
- Quality monitoring
- Reporting to contracts manager
The Person
- A proactive approach
- Strong communication, Verbal and written
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent customer service
- Social housing refurbishment experience
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid – Able to achieve clearance or already have clearance to work in sensitive/high security environment
