Site Manager - Industrial Unit roof repairs & external decoration

One of our established clients are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee tradesmen on roof repairs and external decoration on an industrial unit.

The right person will have experience working on industrial units, overseeing tradesmen, abiding by health & safety and driving the job forward.

The right candidate's main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing subbies
- Liaising with client
- Ensuring the project is on track
- Work completed to a high standard
- Ensure health and safety protocol is followed

The right candidate will have the following:
- SMSTS Certificate
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Woring at Height (Preffered)
