The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a growing business with headquarters situated in South Nottingham. They offer a range of over 20,000 industrial and workplace related products and also manufacture a number of key products within the UK. Its an exciting time as their ecommerce function continues to thrive and they now require a Digital Marketing Executive to be responsible for supporting their online marketing efforts.

Your specific area of focus will be on product photography, image editing, and digital asset delivery for their e-commerce platforms. You will collaborate closely with the web team to ensure the highest quality marketing visuals and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Product Photography - Capture high-quality images of products for online listings, marketing campaigns, and social media. Manage photography equipment, lighting setups, and background arrangements to produce professional-grade images.

Image Editing & Retouching - Utilise Adobe Photoshop to edit, retouch, and resize images. Maintain consistency in colour, lighting, and product representation across all images. Create visually appealing image layouts and composites for various digital platforms.

Creative Asset Packaging - Organize and package images in a clear and concise manner for the web development team. Ensure files are named, tagged, and sorted properly for easy retrieval. Maintain a digital asset library and ensure it is up to date and easily accessible to the team.

E-commerce Support - Collaborate with the web team to upload product images and accompanying content to the e-commerce platform(s). Ensure that all visual materials meet brand guidelines and platform specifications. Identify opportunities to improve product presentation and user engagement online.

Digital Marketing Initiatives - Assist in creating online marketing materials such as banners, email visuals, and social media assets. Contribute creative ideas for digital campaigns and promotions.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will be proficient in Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent image-editing software) and be familiar with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Illustrator, Lightroom). Photography experience is also important, including various product photography techniques.

Generally, you would be expected to have strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will need to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and be organised, deadline-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
