This is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Assistant to advance your skills and make a meaningful impact on customer experience, working for a well-known retail brand in Nottingham. You’ll play a key role in optimising the existing company website, as well as getting involved in shaping and developing new areas.

Location: NG4, hybrid

Salary: £30,000

Hours: 37.5 p/w

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimise the main website, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Lead the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) program
  • Conducting A/B testing
  • Create and execute detailed digital briefs, coordinating with various business stakeholders and external agencies
  • Work on exciting digital marketing projects
  • Work closely with other areas of the marketing team to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Interpret website data and performance using Google Analytics to drive decisions

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in a similar Digital Marketing role, experienced with websites and user experience
  • Experience in A/B testing and CRO
  • Experience using Google Analytics to interpret website data and performance
  • Ability and confidence to work independently and use initiative
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong communicator
