We're on the lookout for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join an innovative and collaborative Marketing and Events team. This role offers the chance to work across multiple teams in a dynamic environment, delivering impactful campaigns that drive brand visibility and engagement.
With a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 from home), this opportunity is perfect for a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make an impact. Comprehensive product and service training will be provided to equip you with the expertise needed for success.
The role:
- Support the Marketing team in conceptualising and executing high-performing campaigns for key product lines, boosting engagement and visibility.
- Take ownership of digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, SEO, email newsletters, online events, and lead generation.
- Plan and deliver omnichannel campaigns, incorporating B2B and B2C strategies across platforms such as social media, direct mail, apps, and the company website.
- Implement and refine digital strategies, manage social campaigns, and leverage data to enhance advertising effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create, brief, and deliver marketing materials across the full marketing mix.
- Write, edit, and proofread content for promotional materials, ensuring consistent tone of voice across all campaigns.
- Measure and report campaign success, analysing performance data to inform future strategies and investments.
- Work with leadership to develop targeted marketing plans aligned with strategic objectives, driving revenue and brand growth.
The candidate:
- At least 3 years' marketing experience, ideally with a focus on digital channels.
- A strong understanding of social media, SEO, and campaign performance analytics.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft messages that resonate across B2B and B2C audiences.
- A strategic thinker who can translate ideas into tactical plans and execute them effectively.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign success and provide data-driven insights.
- A positive, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Proficiency in both digital and offline marketing.
