Email & CRM Executive | Permanent | Nottingham - Hybrid | Up to £32,000Are you a passionate email marketing professional with a love for travel? We are recruiting for an Email & CRM Executive to join an expanding team of marketing professionals following acquisition and due to continued growth in the team. We are looking for a talented individual to take ownership of the email marketing channel.You will take responsibility for the CRM, build automation funnels and create engaging content for those funnels, whilst also creating compelling content for weekly email campaigns – using your love and knowledge for travel, you will feed this in to your content, to really grip your target audience. As the Email & CRM Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing the email marketing strategy. You will be a results-oriented individual with a proven track record of creating email campaigns that support business objectives and drive growth. You will have excellent written communication and copywriting skills and be comfortable adapting content for different audiences. You will also be confident using design software to create engaging visual assets.What you will be doing:You will produce, develop and own the email marketing strategy, including content ideation, scheduling emails, writing copy, and designing visual assets.You will also be responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies, designing and creating email automation campaign flows, and setting up and monitoring the effectiveness of automated emails and flows.You will ensure compliance with GDPR and contact preferences, proofread emails, and establish an A/B testing programme for all email activity to support campaign optimisation.Additionally, you will track and analyse campaign performance and results, develop specific email strategies to support marketing initiatives and drive sales, and produce monthly performance reports.You will also create and manage complex customer segments and support the overall development of the CRM strategy working alongside the Head of Marketing & Content Manager.What we are looking for:You will have at least two years of experience working in a similar role and experience working with analytics tools to monitor and demonstrate campaign performance.You will have good knowledge and experience of customer segmentation and a creative flair for writing and designing engaging email campaigns.You will have experience designing complex email and CRM automation flows and strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.You will be able to plan, manage and prioritise your own workload and enjoy working within a small collaborative team where ideas are shared.You will embrace the company values and have an interest in travel and a good knowledge of the destinations/products this company offers.This is a really exciting role and following a recent acquisition and further acquisitions, this role can offer endless opportunity for development as well as attractive benefits.
