Location: NG1, fully office based
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum – Dependent on experience
Hours: 37.5 per week
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing
- Support and develop the implementation of the businesses marketing strategy, including both digital and traditional campaigns
- Plan annual conferences and events
- Maintain and update the website and social media platforms
- Content creation using Canva and the Adobe Suite
- Draft and proof read articles and blogs
- Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate data
- Coordinate the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters and event invitation
- Ensure brand consistency
Business Support
- Assisting with filing, bookkeeping and payment administration
- Prepare business and financial reports
- Coordinate internal staff meetings and client service meetings
- Monitor training and CPD requirements for employees
- Support the regular review of policies and procedures
ABOUT YOU
- Confident working in a busy and professional environment
- A degree in Marketing, Business Management or similar would be beneficial
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Creative thinker
- Strong interpersonal skills
