Days / Hours: Monday- Friday 9:00- 17:30

Position Overview:

The business pride themselves on redefining property listings through innovative technology and exceptional service! As a Marketing Coordinator with the company, you will be at the forefront of the business and utilising state-of-the-art AI-powered tools to showcase homes in the best possible light. The role is based out of the Mapperley office but will be predominantly field based.

Responsibilities:

  • Property Imaging: Visit client homes to capture industry-leading photographs, create 360° interactive tours and scan properties for detailed floorplans using advanced and intuitive AI-powered equipment.
  • Marketing Preparation: Work alongside and on behalf of clients to compile key features of their properties for descriptions that highlight each home's unique characteristics and from this, prepare their listing for launch on the major national property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service that aligns with the company’s ethos, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for each client.

Requirements:

  • Photographic Skill: Must have an excellent eye for what makes a great image.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the property listings are accurate and beautifully presented.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A sociable personality capable of building a strong rapport with clients as one of the first faces that they see.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a related industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with the estate agency sector will be an added advantage.
  • Local Knowledge: Solid knowledge of the North-East Nottingham area to better serve clients and provide insightful information to buyers.
  • Mobility: Must have access to own vehicle; mileage will be compensated at 45p per mile.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a supportive team.
