Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Marketing Lead with 3+ years of experience to lead our marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance DocHub’s brand, increase user engagement, drive customer and client acquisition, and boost sales. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to oversee the implementation of marketing and sales campaigns that drive business growth. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for setting, implementing, and adapting (if needed) marketing strategies for the launch of the business start-up and growth

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to promote Dochub's services, aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Plan, execute, and optimise marketing and sales campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing to build out acquisition channels.

  • Enhance and protect the Dochub brand, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong market presence.

  • Work with Dochub designers to produce engaging content for online and offline advertising.

  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

  • Oversee the development of compelling content that drives engagement and educates our target audience about Dochub’s value proposition.

  • Collaborate with the executive team to ensure marketing strategies and campaigns are driving sales and meeting revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, partners, and media.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Assist in managing the marketing and sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
