The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join global retail brand on a secondment cover contract for 12 months. You will be working in the Nottingham Head Office on a hybrid basis (2 days from home).
The Partnerships Senior Executive will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with current partners which include some very well-known brands. You will be responsible for acquiring new partnerships to generate incremental sales, managing existing partner relationships, and ensuring high levels of performance and return on investment (ROI). This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Nurture Relationships:Â Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing partners, ensuring high performance and ROI from all partnerships.
- Drive Sales Growth:Â Identify and acquire new strategic partnerships, working closely with partners to create actionable plans that lead to incremental sales.
- Reporting & Analysis:Â Utilise your Excel skills to report on key sales trends and partner performance, delivering insights that drive decisions and improvements.
- Collaborate Across Teams:Â Work with internal teams (like IT, marketing, and legal) and external partners to resolve issues and execute successful campaigns.
- Adhoc Campaigns & Administrative Support:Â Help execute tactical marketing campaigns and ensure smooth administrative processes such as purchase orders and contract management.

The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder who excels at earning trust and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. You will thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly, knowing how to assess urgency and manage your time effectively to keep things on track.
With a keen eye for data, you're confident using Excel to analyse sales trends, generate reports, and provide insights that drive key decisions. If you have experience in the affiliate and partnerships space, that’s a plus—but if not, there will be training and support available.
You will be a problem solver who thinks critically and finds solutions that keep things moving forward. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you take pride in ensuring smooth operations and delivering top performance in everything you do.
