Description

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and optimisation projects
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, scope, and successful delivery
  • Drive business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate across departments to support internal tech and change projects
  • Manage risks, issues, and change processes with clear mitigation strategies
  • Champion Salesforce best practices across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, aligning tech with strategy
  • Provide expert guidance, documentation, and mentoring across teams
  • Use tools like JIRA, Monday.com, and Mulesoft to drive integration and delivery
  • Report directly to the Head of IT/Technology in a hybrid, fast-paced environment

Profile

  • 5+ years' experience managing Salesforce projects, ideally in financial services
  • Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects
  • Skilled in project management tools like JIRA, Monday.com, and MS Project
  • Experience with Mulesoft integration is a strong advantage
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Holds relevant project management certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.)
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup within a fast-paced tech environment
  • Passionate about driving meaningful business change through technology
