Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics, this rapidly expanding financial services organisation require a data-driven PPC Specialist to optimize and scale paid search campaigns while driving overall digital growth. This role focuses on paid media (e.g., Google Ads), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and personalized digital marketing strategies across search, email, and SMS. You will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in performance marketing, and a proven track record of increasing traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Traffic & Conversion Optimization

  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other paid platforms.
  • Analyse user behaviour and conversion funnels to identify drop-off points and optimize landing pages.
  • Implement A/B testing to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.

Personalized Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute segmentation and remarketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Manage cross-channel campaigns, including PPC, email, and SMS, ensuring personalization and high performance.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign strategies in real-time to maximize ROI and lower CPA.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Utilize Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing automation tools to track campaign performance.
  • Generate data-driven reports on ad spend, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing efficiency.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5+ years in PPC, performance marketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience handling large data sets and Excel (Essential)
  • Proven success in scaling paid search campaigns and improving digital revenue.
