Are you an Agricultural Engineer or similar, looking for the opportunity to come off the tools into a trainer role, where you'll inspire and support apprentices to reach their full potential?
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join an independent training provider working with prestigious agricultural brands and students across the north, where you'll play a pivotal role in building the skills and expertise of future engineers, alongside gaining your own teaching qualifications.
You'll work with groups of apprentices to support them with a mixture of practical and theory based learning, ensuring they're equipped to progress through their training. Full teacher training is provided, so this is an excellent opportunity to come off the tools into a unique role.
This role would suit an Agricultural Engineer or similar looking to come off the tools and progress within a company which truly cares about its employees development.
The Role:
- Delivery of Technical Bodyshop / Panel Training
- Completing curriculum both virtually and in person.
- Developing course content, incorporating new technologies
- Full training on teaching with funded qualification
- Monday to Friday
