Air Conditioning Engineer | Nottingham | Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm | £37,000 - £40,000 per year, based on experience
Are you a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer looking to join a professional and agile team?
Our client is seeking a dedicated engineer to carry out service, maintenance, and repairs to all types of air conditioning and ventilation equipment MOSTLY BUT not limited to in and around the Nottingham and Derby area.
Are you the right person for the job?
- A valid UK driver's license is essential as the role involves travel to sites Mostly but not limed to Nottingham and Derby
- Proven experience in air conditioning systems repair and maintenance
- Strong understanding of technical schematics and diagrams
- Excellent leadership skills to guide and train junior team members
- Strong problem-solving ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
- Solid mechanical knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
What will your role look like?
- Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, environments
- Conduct regular inspections and accurately diagnose issues with air conditioning and Ventilation units
- Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing faulty components
- Follow technical schematics and specifications for installations and repairs
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior technicians, ensuring efficient project completion
- Work closely with the team to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner
What can you expect in return?
- Competitive Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per year, based on experience
