Are you a qualified mechanical engineer with experience of facilities?

Randstad are currently working with a client looking to take on a Mechanical Engineer who can cover mechanical engineering across a large site in Nottingham. This is a client facing role, so the ability to work as part of team and provide positive customer service is an important aspect.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage environment conditions through use of BMS System
  • Maintain Air handling units and Air Conditioning systems
  • Identify and manage risks through equipment on site
  • Implement and improve the pre-planned maintenance schedule to ensure efficiency
  • Coordinate requests from the client in line with SLA's to ensure reactive and planned maintenance is completed
  • Coordinate with the onsite supervisor and contract manager to ensure all building services are running smoothly
  • Adhere to service level agreements
  • Keep up to date records of maintenance work carried out

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum level 2 recognised qualification in AC or Mechanical Maintenance
  • FM experience would be advantageous
  • Experience of AHU or AC systems
