They're looking for a motivated, hands-on leader who thrives in a challenging yet rewarding environment.This is a Monday to Friday predominantly office-based role, with some travel to customer sites in The Midlands. The key responsibilities of this role are to provide technical support to both customers and your team, to design and quote for new installations, ensuring Health and Safety policies are followed and to generate relevant documentation for quotations and invoice.The ideal candidate will be a qualified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer with expert knowledge in the field, seeking to expand their leadership experience and become a driver for growth.The Role:

• Lead the design and management of new refrigeration and air conditioning installations from concept to completion
• Generate accurate quotations and submit tenders, negotiating with both customers and suppliers
• Report directly to the MD, with support from the Engineering Supervisor 7 Projects Administrator,
• Office based with some travel to customer sites in the Midlands (No stay away).
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm (40-hour week with required availability to take urgent breakdown and dispatch calls.

• Proven experience leading a team
• Skilled in design, installation, servicing, and troubleshooting, with a strong technical foundation in refrigeration and air conditioning
• Be the go-to technical expert for both customers and engineers, offering expert advice and troubleshooting support

• Qualified in Air-conditioning/Refrigeration
