£30,000-£45,000 + Days, Monday to Friday (36.25hrs) + Fully Onsite + Holiday + Pension + Training

This company are at the forefront of education and is looking for a motivated HVAC engineer to enhance the site's functionality and minimize breakdowns.
This role is a Monday to Friday, site-based role. The key responsibilities of this role are to fault find, inspect, maintain, and produce reports on HVAC equipment.
The Role:
- Site based role.
- Facilities maintenance.
- Reactive maintenance.
- £30,000 - £45,000.
- 36.25 hours a week.
The Person:
- Experience as either HVAC Engineer or FacilitiesEngineer or Maintenance Engineer or similar.
- Qualified/Experience in HVAC maintenance.
- Experience in fault finding and producing reports.
- Full UK Driving license.
