This Mechanical Design Engineer job will suit:
- A Mechanical Engineer with experience of working within a Design Engineer or similar type of engineering position.
- We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who will enjoy a broad and varied role including; conceptual and detailed design; design analysis; customer interaction and wider project engineering activities.
- Any exposure to working on oil and gas, utilities, pipelines or similar applications would be beneficial but NOT absolutely essential.
- You will be degree qualified in a Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering discipline (IMechE accredited).

- Provide engineering consultancy, design and technical support to a range of projects relating to high pressure oil and gas pipelines.
- Conceptual & detailed design, design reviews and design analysis.
- Broad role within an engineering consultancy business so there will be plenty of opportunity to get involved in wider project related activities including customer liaison, site visits, contract reviews and more!
