Based in the heart of Nottingham, our office is situated next to the National Justice Museum and benefits from excellent transport links and nearby parking. Our welcoming and diverse team is working on some of the most prestigious and innovative projects in Nottingham, across the UK and around the world.
From leading-edge arts and media facilities such as the Everyman Theatre and Confetti Institute of Creative Arts to major new student residential developments, we are supporting schemes across a huge range of sectors.
Working together with a coordinated design team, you鈥檒l help breathe life into our designs by creating mechanical design models and drawings. You鈥檒l have the autonomy to design mechanical services in many sectors of the industry and will be client facing, representing our client聽at all levels. You鈥檒l also get to collaborate with architects, quantity surveyors, project managers and structural engineers from external design teams.

Requirments:
路 Have a relevant degree or equivalent for a career in building services engineering
路 You鈥檒l be fluent in design software tools such as REVIT and ideally have had exposure to MagiCAD
路 You鈥檙e a great communicator who can adapt to working with external parties and clients whilst gelling with our growing team
路 You鈥檒l have a deep understanding of project needs and will be able to manage their full de-livery
路 You鈥檒l have recognised qualifications in mechanical services design and will either be work-ing towards chartered status, or have an interest in doing so
路 You鈥檙e happy working both autonomously or as part of a team to support the delivery of projects
路 Experience of managing people would be an advantage
路 You鈥檙e happy to be flexible - We take a collaborative approach to delivering our projects and you鈥檒l be happy travelling and working with colleagues from across our client聽
