Your new companyYour new job role will be working for a large facilities company who have recently secured a new university contract within the Nottinghamshire area. Your new role

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Complete servicing, filter changes and repairs on Air Conditioning units.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with building services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
  • Mechanical or Electrical NVQ.
  • AC qualifications.
  • Experience with Air Conditioning units.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid UK driver's license and willingness to travel between campus buildings as needed.
