The position offers a salary of up to £46,000 based on qualifications and experience.

Availability for a call-out rota and a full UK driving licence are also essential for this position.

Multiskilled HVAC Engineer - Nottingham area We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC bias to maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores. You should be capable of delivering to the highest level of service for the client. Answering queries, overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities. You will be assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations and completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time. Salary and Benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1700 plus paid overtime as & when required.
Salary upto £46,000 according to qualifications and experience.
Use of company vehicle for personal use.

The ideal candidate should have:

Qualified at a City & Guilds level with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
Available to join a call out rota, and hold a full UK driving licence.
Be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance
be able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment, work at heights.
