- Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1700 plus paid overtime as & when required.
- Salary upto £46,000 according to qualifications and experience.

- Qualified at a City & Guilds level with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
- Available to join a call out rota, and hold a full UK driving licence.

- Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance
- be able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment, work at heights.
