Temporary Maintenance Operative – Nottingham, NG7
£15ph + Hol Pay + Petrol Expenses
Ritz Recruitment are currently seeking Temporary Maintenance Operative for a busy Student Accommodation site in Nottingham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake general maintenance tasks in both internal and external areas of the building.
- Carry out plumbing tasks, such as unblocking toilets, replacing washers, and fixing taps, replace shower doors
- Assist with re-decorating rooms to include patch and filling holes, siliconing, painting
- General joinery tasks, such as fixing doors on cupboards, locks.
- Basic electrics; change lighbulbs, sockets and switches
Skills & Attributes:
- Proven experience in maintenance or handyman work, ideally within a residential/domestic setting.
- Use of own vehicle is an advantage
- Experience in a trade i.e. plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
- Strong customer service skills and a team player mindset.
- Ability to adhere to all Health and Safety measures.
- Friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude.
