Temporary Maintenance Operative – Nottingham, NG7

£15ph + Hol Pay + Petrol Expenses

Ritz Recruitment are currently seeking Temporary Maintenance Operative for a busy Student Accommodation site in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake general maintenance tasks in both internal and external areas of the building.
Carry out plumbing tasks, such as unblocking toilets, replacing washers, and fixing taps, replace shower doors
Assist with re-decorating rooms to include patch and filling holes, siliconing, painting
General joinery tasks, such as fixing doors on cupboards, locks.
Basic electrics; change lighbulbs, sockets and switches

Skills & Attributes:

Proven experience in maintenance or handyman work, ideally within a residential/domestic setting.
Use of own vehicle is an advantage
Experience in a trade i.e. plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
Strong customer service skills and a team player mindset.
Ability to adhere to all Health and Safety measures.
Friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude.
