Maintenance Supervisor
Salary:£45,000 per annum
Orion is partnered with a well-established business located in Nottingham. We are recruiting for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate needs to be multi skilled but electrically biased and have experience managing teams of Engineers in a fast-paced working environment.
The focus of this Maintenance Supervisor is to maintain waste management machinery in a heavy industrial plant.
Maintenance Supervisor Duties:
- Managing a team of Maintenance Engineers
- Working jointly alongside the Engineering Manager
- Managing workflow and capacity of the team resource
- Maintenance of waste management machinery & equipment.
- Fault finding using PLCs HMI interface.
- Work well within a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing and production environment.
- Reactive & PPM maintenance
Maintenance Supervisor Experience:
- Team management
- Leadership within a fast-paced environment
- Motivating & team building
- Electrical qualifications
- Great communication skills
- PLCs like Siemens & Mitsubishi
- Plant machinery maintenance
- Waste management experience would be ideal
- Heavy industrial or fast-paced manufacturing experience.
Maintenance Supervisor Benefits:
- Competitive salary £45,000
- 28 days holiday entitlement inclusive of bank holidays
Shifts: Monday Friday 7am 16:30pm
