Mechanical Assembly TechnicianNottingham (South)£25K plus plus shift pay on afternoon shifts, overtime, bonus, subsidised cafe, on-site gym , training39 Hours, Rotating day shifts, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm Mon-Thurs, 6am-1pm, 1pm-8pm FriAre you an experienced Mechanical Assembly Technician from a Manufacturing background, looking for a permanent, days role offering training and excellent working conditions including a on-site gym and subsidised cafe?

Earnings can be increased via shift allowance, overtime and bonus. The company are a global supplier to the aerospace and energy sector, and the site is expanding so further progression is available.The role will be working on small assemblies both manual and using machinery so excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity is required.The role

1. Full time, permanent days based role with a global manufacturer
2. Operate manual, semi-automated and automated machinery
3. Performs other operations such as spring cutting, basic welding, silicon filling
4. Completes and maintains records of work performed, SAP entry (part counts, first piece inspection & others)

The Person

1. Experience of operating machinery and working within a Manufacturing environment
2. Basic Mechanical engineering knowledge and able to understand technical drawings
3. UK driving licence/access to a vehicle
