Mobile Repair TechnicianNottingham£43,000We are currently seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to join our Facility Management clients based in Nottingham. The role comes with a salary of £43,000 plus vehicle.Responsibilities for Mobile Repair Technician

Undertaking HVAC and building maintenance works
Conducting PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure
Adjusting BMS systems.
Perform mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves etc.
Carry out minor installation work

Requirements for Mobile Repair Technician

Building maintenance experience
NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning
F-GAS 2079 CAT1
Able to work at height, on roofs, up steps and ladders and in MEWPs
Ability to work with and control of the CAFM system via iPad
