Job Role: Trimmer Fitter

Location: Nottingham

Shift: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:30

The Company:

A well-established manufacturing company who specialises in the automotive, aerospace, and composite industries are looking for a Trimmer Fitter due to an increase in workload.

The Trimmer Fitter Candidate:

Have great attention to detail
Have experienced working with either carbon fibre, fibreglass, or Kevlar
Must have knowledge in the application of adhesives, sealants and other bonding agents
Be experienced in working with technical, engineering, and schematic drawings

The Trimmer Fitter Responsibilities:

Fitting, bonding, and assembling components in relation to technical drawings
Double checking parts before they are moved to the next stage
Precision trimming of composites parts using hand, power, and automated tools
Making and preparing pattern moulds, sanding, polishing and finishing composite components
