An exceptional Law firm based in Nottingham City Centre are seeking a professional, proactive individual for a PA role, supporting the Head of Department, on a full time, permanent basis. If you have previous PA experience, a good ability to multi-task and a passion for providing excellent client services then this may be the role for you! The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid role with a salary of up to 32k!

You will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will be the key point of contact for the Head of Department of the Health Advisory and Litigation Team. Your duties could include but are not limited to tasks such as; client care, document production, opening and closing files, supporting in business development, preparing pitches and presentations, scheduling meetings, proactive diary management, assisting in the tender process, arranging photocopying and printing, drafting responses on behalf of others, prioritising emails, minute taking, completion of complex billing and online applications such as companies house.

The ideal candidate will possess solid PA experience, preferably within a professional services environment. You will be a confident individual who has first class organisation skills, advanced IT skills and a keen eye for detail. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
