Laboratory Administrator
12 per hour
Nottingham
Contract: 4 to 6 weeks initially
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (office-based)
Our client is an innovative science and research organisation who are looking for an Administrator to join their Laboratory team.
Duties will include:
- Copy typing; transcribing handwritten or printed documents into a digital format
- General administration
- Inputting patient data into the clinical database
- Filing, scanning, and archiving documentation
- Working closely with other departments
Skills/Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a similar role essential - copywriting, data entry, or administration
- Strong attention to detail is paramount!
- Experience with medical terminology would be advantageous
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, to include Excel, PowerPoint and Word

- This is a fully office based role with free parking onsite
- The role is initially for 4 to 6 weeks with potential for extension or a permanent contract for the right candidate
