As a Clinic Manager, you will:
- Oversee full operational and clinical management of the clinic, ensuring high care and quality outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, and prepare the clinic for audits.
- Instigate continuous improvement activities at both clinic and management levels.
- Manage finances effectively, including budget planning and cost control.
- Supervise, train, and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with referring client organisations and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.

- Level 1 Nurse registration with the NMC, with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
- At least 5 years of experience in Haemodialysis, including 2 years at a senior level.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of specialist nurses and practitioners.
- Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its implications for independent healthcare providers.
- Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office.
