My client is currently looking for 2 administrators to join their team at their offices in Nottingham.

The suitable applicants will be paid at a rate of 11.59 per hour for the first 12 weeks then increasing to 12.27 after 12 weeks.

This contract is for a minimum of 6 months with the potential of being extended for the right applicant.

The key accountabilities of the role are outlined below.
? To provide high quality and effective support to inspection, regulation and improvement activity for all remits following set procedures and processes to the defined timescale and quality.
? To provide high quality, efficient, effective and proactive support to inspectors and their teams in relation to inspection activity, maintaining good communications and strong professional links.
? To contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of inspection processes and support to inspectors by finding ways to improve systems and structures to deliver a better quality service.

Knowledge & Experience
Provision of high quality administrative support in a fast-paced office environment, following set processes and procedures and delivering to targets.
Successful and effective communication with internal and external contacts; explaining processes and giving accurate information in response to enquiries.
Understanding and successful application of strong IT skills, including use of the Microsoft Office suite.
Contribution to the continuous improvement of processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
